In most ketchups there is an abundance of corn syrup and high fructose corn syrup, and they have ten times the amount of calories per serving compared to what is found in our recipe. Our ketchup is a healthier, low carbohydrate, low glycemic recipe that is beneficial for any diet. This variant of our ketchup has the same great taste as our regular ketchup, with a little bite. A.
